‘AI’ to bolster biogas production; ORS Ltd partners SB Infowaves to develop tools

Organic Recycling Systems (ORS Ltd) and SB Infowaves have collaborated to develop an AI-driven predictive modeling tool tailored for monitoring anaerobic digestion (AD) reactors in the biogas sector.

ORS Ltd is a Mumbai-based is a waste management firm that also develops technological capabilities that enable it to transform waste into green energy and reusable resources. This also includes biofuels like biogas. SB Infowaves is a Kolkata based IT firm that helps organisations in branding and developing  business required

The key objective of this AI-tool is to enhance operational efficiency by forecasting the health status of biogas digesters and providing troubleshooting guidance. Leveraging historical data from ORS Ltd’s Solapur plant, the tool will feature a user-friendly interface designed for operators’ ease of use. SB Infowaves will offer technical support for the deployment of the product.

The company emphasized that beyond its predictive capabilities, the software will boast a user-friendly interface facilitating seamless data input, visualization, and interpretation, accommodating operators with varying skill levels. Additionally, a secure and scalable architecture is under development to accommodate future updates and expansions, aligning with the dynamic needs of the industry.

The partnership aims to establish new standards in predictive modeling for AD reactors, thereby contributing to the global sustainability and efficiency of biogas production.

ORS provides a wide range of waste management and renewable energy solutions to the government, corporations, and private players. It claims to have business model that is based on helping communities and corporations reduce the environmental impact of waste by providing solutions that can convert waste into sustainable green resources.
